As part of one of our strategic high-tech glass greenhouse projects, we are looking for an experienced agricultural operations leader to manage the production and operational performance of Cherry Tomatoes and Cluster , following international best practices in protected agriculture and controlled environment production.
Role Description
- We are looking for an experienced:
- Senior Manager – High-Tech Greenhouse Operations
- The selected candidate will lead the operations of a high-tech glass greenhouse project focused on the production of Cherry Tomatoes and Cluster .
- **This is a senior operational role requiring strong experience in commercial greenhouse production, hydroponic systems, climate control, fertigation, crop health, IPM, harvesting, quality performance, labor productivity, and data-driven crop steering.**
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial greenhouse operations, with direct exposure to High-Tech Greenhouse / Hydroponic / Controlled Environment Agriculture – CEA environments.
- Proven experience in tomato production, preferably Cherry Tomatoes and Cluster .
- Strong knowledge of climate control, irrigation, fertigation, EC, pH, Drain Management, crop registration, and yield optimization.
- Experience leading operational teams in commercial-scale greenhouse projects.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience with global greenhouse technologies and suppliers such as KUBO, Hoogendoorn, Priva, Ridder, Koppert, Royal Brinkman, Bayer De Ruiter, Delphy, or similar systems is preferred.
