External Job Description Senior Finance Manager T&I Cluster Reports To T&I Cluster CFO Position Overview Oversee financial activities for the Technology & Industrialization Cluster. This role spans project finance management, monthly reporting, and strategic financial planning in a high-tech R&D environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, quarterly projections, and monthly financial reports with variance analysis
- Manage project profitability reporting and cost control monitoring aligned with project progress
- Build business cases and financial models for new product developments and market strategies
- Analyze development costs, revenue, and profitability by project with cross-functional teams
- Oversee external auditor relationships and ensure IFRS compliance and EDGE Group accounting policies
- Support internal audit activities and adhere to Delegation of Authority governance
Required Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 8 -10 years of progressive finance experience with background in management or consulting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) and IAS 38 (Intangible Assets)
Key Competencies:
- Advanced financial modeling and analytics with expert-level Excel and Power BI proficiency
- Thorough understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Strong ERP systems knowledge and experience with SAP or similar platforms
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with all management levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams including Engineering, PM, and Procurement
