- Master's degree preferred.

- 8–12 years of progressive experience in real estate development, infrastructure development, project management, urban development, or related fields.
- Nature of Experience
- Managing development projects through planning, feasibility, design, and pre-construction phases.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
- Preparing business cases, development strategies, and investment recommendations.
- Engaging with regulatory authorities, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Supporting large-scale real estate, mixed-use, infrastructure, hospitality, entertainment, or destination development projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred.
- PMP, RICS, MRICS, AICP, MBA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of development projects from concept initiation through design, approvals, and delivery readiness.
- Develop and maintain project business cases, development strategies, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate feasibility studies, market assessments, financial analyses, and development evaluations to support investment decisions.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and development milestones.
- Coordinate with internal functions including Design, Engineering, Project Delivery, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, and Operations.
- Manage consultants and external advisors involved in development planning, design, technical studies, and project execution.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities with government entities, regulatory authorities, investors, and strategic partners.
- Monitor development performance and provide regular progress updates, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support procurement strategies and commercial negotiations related to development projects.
- Identify development risks and opportunities and implement appropriate mitigation and value enhancement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance requirements, development standards, and regulatory obligations.
- Mentor and support development team members while promoting collaboration and high performance.
