Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Revenue Forecasting

The role

What you will do

• Own the Finance revenue and gross-profit forecast for Programmatic, including weekly and monthly outlooks, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Build forecast architecture using historical performance, pacing, advertiser and agency trends, pipeline, churn, seasonality, and other commercial drivers.
• Lead P&L forecasting, variance analysis, gross-margin analysis, and COGS analysis.
• Create daily and weekly performance views, identify variance drivers early, and recommend actions.
• Develop executive materials and narratives, including performance readouts, forecast updates, and decision support.
• Partner with Commercial Finance on quarterly revenue-target modeling.
• Improve automation and data reliability across Snowflake, Adaptive Planning, Workday, and reporting tools.
• Establish controls and documentation for forecast inputs and reporting logic, and recurring data-quality checks.

What you will bring

• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, data analytics, revenue forecasting, business analytics, or strategic finance.
• Experience supporting a high-growth, data-rich commercial business is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of a revenue, gross-profit, or P&L forecast and ability to explain performance drivers, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and financial-modeling skills, including comfort with large and imperfect datasets.
• Experience with planning, financial-reporting, and data tools such as Adaptive Planning, Workday, Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to make recommendations supported by evidence for senior business audiences.
• Collaborative style and judgment to challenge assumptions constructively and work across Finance, Sales, Operations, and data teams.

Salary

• The stated salary range is $170,000–$180,000, depending on location and experience.
