About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Programmer and Insurance Analytics Lead to design, develop, automate, and operationalize predictive model development pipelines for P&C Insurance. The role will focus on building reusable Python frameworks, feature engineering pipelines, MLOps solutions, automated model deployment, monitoring, and scalable analytics platforms supporting pricing, underwriting, claims, fraud, retention, and risk analytics. The ideal candidate will bring strong insurance rater modernization expertise, including transforming legacy rating engines and integrating predictive models into pricing platforms. They should have advanced Python development skills, experience leading a team of 5+ professionals, and the ability to collaborate with Data Scientists, Actuaries, Cloud Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver modern, scalable insurance analytics solutions.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in ETL or data management.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross team ETL development. Drive strategic initiatives. Represent ETL team in executive meetings. Develop long-term plans.
