About the Role

Construction Interface Management

• Lead the coordination between Development, Technical, Delivery, PMC, and Contractor teams throughout construction.
• Establish construction interface strategies, mobilization requirements, and project transition plans.
• Ensure development objectives and approved project requirements are maintained during construction execution.
• Support project teams in identifying and resolving construction-stage challenges.

Design & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with consultants, technical teams, and contractors on design clarifications, RFIs, site issues, and implementation challenges.
• Monitor compliance with approved design intent and project requirements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and decision-making.
• Support testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.

Risk, Cost & Change Management

• Monitor construction risks, site constraints, logistics challenges, and delivery-related issues.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Cost Management teams on variations, claims, delays, and cost implications.
• Ensure potential schedule and budget impacts are identified, assessed, and communicated.
• Support proactive mitigation strategies to reduce delivery risks.

Handover & Operational Readiness

• Coordinate project handover activities and readiness requirements.
• Support the transition from construction to operations by ensuring key deliverables, documentation, and approvals are completed.
• Monitor handover progress and resolve issues affecting project completion.
• Facilitate coordination between project delivery and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 15–20 years of experience in construction management, project delivery, PMC environments, contractor management, or large-scale development projects.
• Proven experience on mixed-use, high-rise, hospitality, commercial, residential, or major infrastructure developments.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, risk management, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Experience working with developers, consultants, contractors, and project management consultants.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CIOB, MRICS, PE, Saudi Council of Engineers, or equivalent are preferred.
