In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead the development of our cargo revenue systems and pricing models, ensuring world-class innovation and performance.

As a recognised subject matter expert, you’ll design and implement bespoke revenue management processes that align with market dynamics and business goals.

Working cross-functionally with commercial, product, and operational teams, you’ll set the standard for excellence in cargo strategy delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that maximise profitability and performance.

You’ll also lead and develop a high-performing revenue management team, setting clear objectives, mentoring talent, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Importantly, you’ll deliver scalable solutions and seamlessly integrate third-party platforms to expand customer choice and streamline operations across the network.

You’ll also manage pricing strategy, optimise inventory, and drive commercial performance globally.

Your leadership will ensure seamless execution of strategy and alignment across commercial, operational, and analytical functions.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum 10+ years of experience in revenue management, with at least 5 in a strategic leadership role.

You are expected to possess a deep understanding of cargo yield levers, operational costs, and third-party distribution systems.
