SENIOR MANAGER CAMO – HELICOPTER

• Senior Manager CAMO is responsible to achieve efficient and effective oversight of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), in line to the QCAA Regulatory requirements, as well as ensure/confirm that Part 145 services provided/availed are as per agreed contracts in term of safety, quality and cost. He/she should ensure regulatory requirements are fully complied with all maintenance modification and repair activities are carried out to the highest standard and safety level, in the most productive and cost-effective manner, maximizing resources to achieve an acceptable level of aircraft safety, availability, and reliability to ensure aircraft high level of safety to meet customer regulatory expectations.
• Main duties:
• Develop, implement and maintain an Aircraft Maintenance Programme in line along with an efficient reliability program capable to ensure high reliability and availability of the Helicopter fleet.
• Participate in the development of the long-term strategy by proactively planning all the required resources to cope with Helicopter fleet growth plans, mitigate risks linked to functional scope of responsibility.
• Develop and implement all required procedures to ensure the sustainable compliance to regulations.
• Develop and deliver policies and procedures that ensure operational requirements are consistently met, cost effectively, safely delivered and comply with all applicable business and industry specific legislative/regulatory requirements.
• Develop Helicopter CAMO into an effective organization to manage and maintain the continuing airworthiness of fleet in accordance with approved requirements.
• Determine appropriate strategies to optimize manpower, resources and systems to improve efficiency and minimize costs.
• Identify and implement industry best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and organizational performance.
• Support the development and growth of helicopter operations in alignment with – Helicopter strategic objectives.

Qualification

• **Qualification, Experience & Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or other relevant aviation discipline.
• Professional qualifications and aircraft maintenance licences are desirable.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
• Executive Management job-related experience required.
• Experience managing helicopter continuing airworthiness activities is highly desirable.
• Experience in performing engineering and/or maintenance planning activities, preferably in a corporate, regional or charter aircraft environment.
• Experience within a QCAA and/or EASA regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership experience.
