What you’ll do
Controls Design and Framework Ownership
Define, document, and own the end-to-end business controls [MB2.1] framework for the insurance platform, including process-level controls across policy administration, billing, underwriting, and claims workflows. Lead risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs) [MB3.1] [JB3.2] for platform-impacted business processes. Identify control gaps, assess residual risk, and drive remediation plans to closure with clear ownership and timelines.
Audit and Regulatory Readiness

Change Control and Platform Governance
Participate in the platform change management process, evaluating proposed changes for control impact and ensuring the controls inventory is updated to reflect evolving system capabilities and process flows.
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate closely with IT, compliance, finance, and insurance operations leadership to align on control priorities, escalate emerging risks, and ensure controls remain practical and proportionate to business needs.
