About the Opportunity

Fidelity International is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Analysis in the AMP Platform, Research and Sustainability department.

The role reports to the Associate Director, Business Analyst and supports strategic investment technology programmes.

About the Team and Role

The Research and Sustainability team delivers strategic initiatives involving research workflows, investment data platforms, sustainability capabilities, advanced analytics, and AI-powered solutions.

The role leads the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered products that improve investment research, insight discovery, and decision-making.

The role works with portfolio managers, research analysts, sustainability teams, architects, engineers, and global investment stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for AI-powered research and sustainability capabilities.
  • Lead workflow transformation using Generative AI, agentic workflows, advanced analytics, and modern investment data platforms.
  • Define requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes and collaborate on scalable, secure, reusable solutions.
  • Shape future-state operating models and adoption of AI-enabled working practices.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, data governance, regulatory requirements, and Responsible AI standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and partners and define requirements for enterprise data products and modern data platforms.
  • Support large-scale data modernization and migration to scalable cloud-based platforms.

About You

  • At least 10 years of technology, product, or transformation experience within investment management, including research, sustainability, or portfolio management.
  • Experience delivering complex front-office technology, digital, or AI-enabled solutions from discovery through implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of investment workflows, investment data, holdings, benchmarks, and fund look-through capabilities.
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, agentic workflows, knowledge discovery platforms, and product management.
  • Knowledge of ESG research, proxy voting, sustainable investing regulations, ESG reporting, and investment data providers.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Degree-level education is required; CFA, FRM, CIPM, or a related qualification is advantageous.
