Timely working out the latest Product cost and sharing with the Deal desk for bid/quote to customers

Periodic updating of the product BOM cost for the latest parts cost and sharing reports with the Deal desk

Conduct period supplier audits and supplier rating

Measuring, Monitoring & Improving the suppliers' performance on Quality, Cost & Delivery
