We are looking for a Senior Manager - SME (Audit) to lead the commercialisation and delivery of AI-powered audit and assurance solutions for some of the region's largest organisations.
Operating at the intersection of governance and technology, this role acts as a bridge between complex business challenges and their AI capabilities.
You will be responsible for moving the audit function beyond traditional retrospective reporting toward a future of continuous monitoring and AI-driven assurance.
Key Focus Areas
- Partnering with CAEs and CFOs in Financial Services to design digital transformation roadmaps for their audit functions.
- Translating regulatory requirements into scalable tech accelerators and repeatable frameworks.
- Leading the transition from fulfilling specific requests to positioning strategic, market-leading audit points of view.
- Mapping client business problems against internal technical capabilities to ensure our products remain market-leading.
The Ideal Profile
- 8 - 12+ years of experience within internal/external audit or risk advisory, specifically with a broad, enterprise-wide perspective.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in Financial Services and other highly regulated environments.
- A proven ability to articulate how data governance, AI, and automation solve specific business and control challenges.
- Comfortable operating with agility in a high-growth environment while maintaining a sharp focus on delivery and quality.
