Qualifications
- Required
- · Manufacturing or industrial operations experience.
- · 8+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Program Management, Organizational Change Management, or Business Transformation.
- · Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, Data, Automation, or Digital Transformation programs.
- · Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- · Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
- Preferred
- · Prosci, CCMP, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
- · Experience building business transformation, training, enablement, and organizational adoption functions.
