Qualifications
- Requires bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field plus Three (3) years of experience in data analytics.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience with: Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Must have at least two (2) years of experience applying advanced SAS skills for statistical analysis
- Must have at least two (2) years of Tableau experience building multi-page dashboards.
- 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $107,000 to $117,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Design and implement A/B testing and experiments to evaluate marketing initiatives and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Leverage marketing analytics frameworks such as customer segmentation and attribution analysis to provide strategic insights.
- Good understanding of machine learning concepts and predictive modeling.
- Apply advanced SQL, Python, SAS for data extraction, cleaning, and perform advanced statistical modeling and analysis to provide insights from various data sources.
- Requires strong experience in data visualization and automation using Tableau.
- Build and automate marketing and performance dashboards in Tableau, combining data from multiple sources for comprehensive reporting.
- Lead initiatives in marketing reporting automation to streamline recurring analysis processes.
- Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Telecommuting permitted.
