Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Senior Maintenance Manager role based in Dubai for بوابة التوظيف السعودي.
The Senior Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate maintenance teams, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
include planning and scheduling preventive maintenance, assigning and monitoring work orders, and troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime.
The role also involves managing vendor relationships, monitoring spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and organizational policies.
The Senior Maintenance Manager will prepare maintenance reports, support budget planning for maintenance activities, and continuously seek improvements in maintenance processes and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including the ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams and coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair across mechanical, electrical, or facility systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution to reduce breakdowns and extend asset life.
- Solid background in maintenance management, including work order systems, contractor oversight, and maintenance documentation.
- Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and basic MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk assessment, and safe work practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site, part-time setting.
- Experience in managing maintenance operations in facilities, industrial, or commercial environments in the GCC region is an advantage.
