The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will shape AI and machine learning capabilities focused on customer experience and fraud detection.
The role collaborates across Fraud, Technology, Product, Sales, and Finance to build solutions that support growth and fraud prevention.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and refine machine learning algorithms that enhance customer experience and fight fraud.
- Experiment with techniques, architectures, and feature selection to improve model performance.
- Clean and curate large datasets for high-quality training and testing.
- Deploy and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable machine learning models in production.
- Collaborate with fraud analysts, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Learn and experiment with emerging machine learning and AI trends.
What We're Looking For
- Strong probability, statistics, and algorithms background applied to fraud detection and prevention.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as Keras or PyTorch.
- Experience deploying machine learning models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of scalable machine learning systems and real-time model deployment.
- Familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
- Experience with anomaly detection and graph-based fraud analytics.
- Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
