Responsibilities

• Build, evaluate, and improve machine learning ranking models for private, team, and brand content search.
• Drive relevance and recall improvements with a focus on enterprise user outcomes.
• Work on result understanding, search recovery, and exact title matching.
• Contribute to indexing with ElasticSearch or OpenSearch, vector search, and annotation.
• Extend search quality and coverage into newer surfaces such as agent search.
• Investigate and resolve production search quality and relevance regressions.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and share knowledge across the team.
• Own scoped projects from problem framing through shipped, measurable impact.

• Experience in search, ranking, learning to rank, or relevance is desirable.
