Overview
As Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding a high-value partnership ecosystem.
Acting as the strategic lead across financial, travel, and retail sectors, you will define both annual and long-term (3–5 year) partnership strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.
This role requires a commercially driven leader who can build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across global and regional markets, ensuring all partnerships are aligned with broader business objectives and deliver measurable financial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term partnership strategies across multiple industry verticals
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with key global and UAE-based partners
- Own and manage partnership budgets, ensuring strong financial performance and efficiency
- Drive incremental revenue through non-airline channels, delivering against monthly and annual targets
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to structure, review, and optimise partnership agreements
- Oversee partner payment cycles, ensuring effective receivables management and portfolio health
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years’ experience within loyalty programmes or a related commercial function
- Proven success in launching and scaling co-branded financial products
- Strong understanding of loyalty platforms and financial partnership models
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Experience working cross-functionally within complex, fast-paced organisations
- Solid understanding of contractual frameworks and legal considerations within partnerships
