Full-time Senior Logistics Analyst supporting the United States Army Reserve Command at Fort Bragg.

Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze large datasets from multiple automated systems and create business intelligence portrayals and graphics.
- Generate data analyses and decision-support products.
- Automate data-analysis processes in cyclic machine-learning processes.
- Merge data and conduct descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses using automated-system datasets.
- Support Force Management and associated force development, organizational development, integration, and accounting work.
Required experience and qualifications
- U.S. citizen with an active DoD TOP SECRET clearance.
- Either a master’s degree in Data Science and at least 5 years of planning and analysis experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field and at least 10 years of experience.
- Proven ability to extract and analyze data from SAB-based Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
- Ability to present analytical results in PowerPoint, written reports, and briefings.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or a similar data visualization tool.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines; strong communication, organization, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
