Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Life Insurance Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Senior Life Insurance Consultant will advise individual and corporate clients on life insurance and protection solutions aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles.

The role includes conducting needs-based assessments, preparing tailored proposals, and clearly explaining coverage options, benefits, terms, and conditions.

The consultant will manage an active portfolio of clients, handle policy servicing requests, and ensure timely renewals and follow-ups.

Daily tasks also involve collaborating with underwriting and operations teams, maintaining accurate documentation in line with company and regulatory standards, and contributing to sales targets through ethical and customer-focused practices.

The role requires continuous market awareness, participation in training and product updates, and adherence to Sukoon’s compliance, governance, and service quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Insurance, particularly life insurance products, underwriting concepts, and policy servicing.
  • Solid background in Finance, including understanding of personal financial planning, risk management, and basic investment principles.
  • Proven Consulting skills, with experience in needs analysis, solution design, and advisory selling in a client-facing environment.
  • Exceptional Customer Service capabilities, with a track record of building long-term client relationships and handling complex inquiries with care and professionalism.
  • Clear and confident Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information in simple terms, conduct presentations, and document client interactions accurately.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., life insurance or financial planning qualifications) are an advantage.
  • Several years of experience in life insurance sales or advisory roles, preferably in the GCC region or a similar market.
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and proficiency with CRM and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to work on-site
