About the Role
A prominent corporate group with headquarters in Abu Dhabi and operations across the GCC is seeking two Senior Legal Counsel professionals to join their in-house legal function on an outsourced contract basis.
This is an immediate requirement with a target start date of the first week of April 2026.
What You Will Do
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, commercial agreements and corporate documents
- Advise on regulatory compliance, employment law, governance and dispute resolution
- Coordinate with external law firms and regulatory authorities
- Support legal policy development and internal compliance training
- Provide legal research and risk assessments to senior leadership
