Role Overview
As a Legal Specialist, you will work with one of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, on a contract basis, to provide expert legal guidance and support.
Your primary focus will be on reviewing, negotiating, and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and managing risk.
This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere, and collaborate closely with domain experts and product teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk
- Analyze cases and perform in-depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel
- Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and litigation support
