Overview
Al Jubairi Law Firm is seeking to hire a Senior Legal Advisor to provide legal consultation and support legal operations within a professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal consultations to clients.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements.
- Prepare legal memoranda and pleadings.
- Represent clients before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Analyze legal cases and assess legal risks.
- Follow up on legal cases and procedures.
- Provide legal support to departments and clients.
- Manage and supervise a legal team consisting of lawyers and consultants.
- Guide the legal team and oversee workflow management.
- Monitor legal regulations and legislative updates.
- Prepare periodic legal reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal files and information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Relevant professional legal experience.
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage cases and legal proceedings.
- Previous managerial experience is preferred.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Saudi nationals are preferred.
