We are looking for a **Senior Learning & Development Manager** who can take full ownership of our learning strategy and program ecosystem.

You will lead the design and delivery of learning programs, guide facilitators and trainers, and ensure that every program meets high standards of impact and engagement.

You will also work closely with corporate clients and internal stakeholders to align learning solutions with real-world needs.

**Experience:** 7+ years in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Education Leadership, or Instructional Design.

**Leadership:** Proven ability to manage training teams, education programs, or organizational learning functions.

**Program Design Skills:** Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and facilitation.

**Strategic Thinking:** Ability to translate organizational needs into structured learning solutions.

**Communication:** Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

**Mindset:** You are structured, impact-driven, and focused on delivering measurable learning outcomes—not just content delivery.
