We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager who can take full ownership of our learning strategy and program ecosystem. You are not just managing training sessions; you are shaping how individuals and organizations develop skills that directly impact performance, mindset, and long-term success.

You will lead the design and delivery of learning programs, guide facilitators and trainers, and ensure that every program meets high standards of impact and engagement. You will also work closely with corporate clients and internal stakeholders to align learning solutions with real-world needs. In this role, you are the driver of learning quality, structure, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Strategy Ownership:
Design and implement a structured learning and development framework aligned with organizational goals and client needs.

Program Design & Delivery:
Lead the development of training programs, workshops, and curriculum for leadership, communication, and personal development.

Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor trainers, facilitators, and learning staff to ensure consistent delivery quality and engagement.

Corporate Learning Solutions:
Develop and oversee tailored training programs for corporate clients, including leadership and soft skills development.

Quality & Impact Evaluation:
Measure training effectiveness using feedback, performance outcomes, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align learning programs with strategic objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 7+ years in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Education Leadership, or Instructional Design.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage training teams, education programs, or organizational learning functions.

Program Design Skills: Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and facilitation.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate organizational needs into structured learning solutions.

Communication: Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Mindset: You are structured, impact-driven, and focused on delivering measurable learning outcomes—not just content delivery.
