Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates for a Senior Leader of the Ground Improvement Division.
The person in this role will oversee and manage the operations of the Ground Improvement Division, including strategic planning, project execution, and team leadership.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with multiple stakeholders, leading project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as developing and implementing innovative ground improvement methods to meet client requirements.
Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong client relationships and identifying business growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and guiding diverse teams toward achieving operational goals.
- Expertise in ground improvement techniques, geotechnical engineering, and advanced soil stabilization methodologies.
- Proven ability to formulate and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and drive divisional growth.
- Experience in project management, including budgeting, timeline management, and delivering projects to client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards within the construction or ground improvement industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in ground improvement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and industry practices is a strong advantage.
