Senior Lead Auditor

Position

Audit and certification duties

• Plan, conduct, and execute external audits under ISO standards through the complete certification cycle.
• Complete certification activities, including opening and closing meetings, audit reports, and submission to the technical center for approval.
• Conduct audits impartially, with integrity, and without conflicts of interest.
• Track, manage, and communicate audit plans and schedules.

Client and team coordination

• Coordinate with clients and manage key client and organizational relationships.
• Manage client expectations and provide updates on audits, nonconformity management, and report completion.
• Manage technical queries and complete reports in line with technical requirements.
• Manage client relationships during and after audits, engage cross-functional teams, and support high client satisfaction.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• At least 10 years of audit experience for marine and oil and gas clients, covering IMS, QHSE, or BCMS.
• Qualified auditor for QHSE and BCMS; EnMS and AMS auditor qualification is preferred.
• Training in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, and client handling and customer service.
• Knowledge of management systems, ISO HLS, ISO 17021, IAF, accreditation requirements, and NACE classifications.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Office 365, and planning and scheduling applications.
• English and Arabic fluency are an added advantage.

Additional preferred training

• ISO 50001, ISO 55001, ITSMS, ISMS, and PIMS training is preferred.

Field and HSE

• Follow field and travel-related HSE requirements and complete required technical and HSE training.
