Business development and clients

• Identify new landscaping, irrigation, garden maintenance, and outdoor project opportunities across Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE.
• Develop relationships with property owners, developers, contractors, consultants, architects, facilities firms, property managers, hotels, and commercial businesses.
• Generate and follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and proposals; develop referrals and repeat business.
• Attend client meetings and inspect sites to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Negotiate with clients and suppliers within approved company parameters.

Project delivery and operations

• Prepare quotations, BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, proposals, material requirements, manpower plans, and schedules.
• Manage projects from enquiry through planning, mobilization, execution, completion, handover, and after-sales support.
• Supervise landscape construction, planting, garden installation, irrigation systems, lawn work, tree and shrub work, and maintenance.
• Manage field teams, supervisors, workers, suppliers, and subcontractors; coordinate resources, transport, and site activities.
• Monitor quality, productivity, schedules, budgets, costs, and project profitability.
• Source plants, irrigation materials, landscaping products, equipment, and subcontracted services while controlling quality and cost.
• Resolve technical, operational, supplier, site, and client issues; maintain project, quotation, costing, client, supplier, and operational records.
• Work with management to improve pricing, operations, service quality, efficiency, and growth; report on projects, enquiries, quotations, sales opportunities, costs, and performance.

Qualifications and experience

• Requires 10+ years of relevant landscaping or agricultural engineering experience, including substantial UAE experience.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Requires practical experience in landscaping, irrigation, planting, maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and outdoor project execution.
• Requires knowledge of UAE plants, soil conditions, irrigation needs, plant health, and climate-appropriate landscaping.
• Requires independent project management experience through final handover and experience preparing BOQs, quotations, estimates, budgets, and cost calculations.
• Requires understanding of procurement, manpower planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Requires experience supervising teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and multiple projects, plus UAE client acquisition and business development experience.
• Requires ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and convert opportunities into projects or contracts; an established professional network is mentioned.
