Senior Key Raw Material Planner

Maintain professional relationship with all suppliers both domestic and international

Work directly with suppliers to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders

Works closely with Asset Planners on all changes on raw material orders

Direct communication with all relevant Commodity Managers for pricing or any other issues with Raw Material

Escalate any critical raw material delays to appropriate Commodity Manager for resolution

Coordinator for the ordering of overseas bulk containers of chlorosilanes to verify the order is received by the supplier and the MPM-leased container is available arrives in time at the supplier’s location to ensure on time delivery

Continuously review and monitor Past Due and Future Order Reports to confirm delivery date and confirmations for on time delivery

Ensure order confirmations are recorded in ZPOD

Follow up to ensure timely completion of Raw Material Goods Receipt for monitoring of on time delivery of raw materials

Back up responsibilities for Production Scheduler to include scheduling of raw materials, repacks, relabels, samples and bulk outbound shipments

Maintain Master data to ensure driving the right metrics and service
