Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Key Account Executive role located in the United Arab Emirates. The Senior Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of client expectations. Duties include devising sales strategies, preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams to meet targets. The role also involves negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of the assigned brands and territories.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and client relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development, negotiation, and business development
  • Ability to analyze market trends and generate detailed sales reports
  • Experience in managing and marketing FMCG, household products, or related categories
  • Familiarity with e-commerce channels and digital sales
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience of 5+ years in account management, sales, or a related role
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market and cultural awareness is a significant advantage
