Responsibilities
- Build backend services using Java 21, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot; implement event-driven systems with a focus on Solace.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical deliverables; collaborate with frontend teams on API integration.
- Secure APIs with OAuth, work with SQL databases, and write optimized queries.
- Support Git workflows, code reviews, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and Azure cloud deployments.
- Write automated unit, component, integration, and end-to-end tests; use Testcontainers for reproducible test environments.
- Document code, APIs, design decisions, and technical processes; resolve production and non-production issues.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Java 21, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and event-driven programming; Solace is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, JMS, OAuth, Git, Azure, and Kubernetes exposure.
- DevOps mindset covering automation, CI/CD, and monitoring; proven automated testing experience and Testcontainers experience.
- Ability to translate user stories into technical implementations; attention to detail and commitment to reliable code.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
Preferred skills
- Kafka or other event-streaming platforms; Azure cloud; Ping Identity or similar authentication solutions; Docker.
- ETL; Helm; MSSQL, Cosmos DB, or MongoDB; Camunda or Flowable; healthcare domain experience.
- Exposure to agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.

Compensation
- ₹900,000–₹1,500,000 per year.
