What to expect

• Improve identity services centered on Okta, including single sign-on, automated provisioning, multi-factor authentication, access policies, and emergency access.
• Lead Google Workspace administration and improvements for users, groups, Gmail, Drive, shared drives, collaboration, and security settings.
• Help lead JumpCloud and device management across macOS, Windows, and Linux, covering configurations, security policies, software deployment, and onboarding.
• Automate onboarding, role changes, and offboarding across identity, devices, and SaaS using Okta Workflows, n8n, Python, and APIs.
• Assess systems, identify gaps, investigate complex connected-service issues, address root causes, and deliver improvements.
• Administer core SaaS tools, evaluate applications, and establish practices for setup, integrations, access requests, approvals, and reviews.
• Partner with Security and Risk and Audit on controls and practical evidence automation for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2.
• Lead projects from scoping and technical design through rollout and handover; coordinate dependencies and communicate risks and progress.
• Support colleagues through documentation, reviews, knowledge sharing, and practical guidance.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience across identity, collaboration tools, endpoint management, and SaaS administration, including troubleshooting across systems.
• Strong expertise in at least one of Okta, Google Workspace, or JumpCloud, with ability to work across the others.
• Experience deploying or significantly improving an MDM or endpoint management platform and implementing tested configurations with minimal disruption.
• Ability to build reliable automation with workflow tools, APIs, webhooks, and Python or a comparable scripting language; consider error handling, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Examples of assessing, improving, and delivering systems or processes with clear results.
• Independent technical judgment, ownership, and ability to plan an approach to unclear problems and explain trade-offs.
• Experience implementing security controls and documenting or demonstrating that they work.
• Clear communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues in a remote, multicultural team.
• Typically six or more years in IT engineering, systems administration, identity, or endpoint management, with increasing technical and project responsibility; equivalent experience is considered.

Bonus points

• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including assessing and integrating identity systems, Google Workspace, devices, or SaaS tools.
• Experience in a developer-heavy or engineering-led company.
• Experience supporting both ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2, including automated evidence collection.
• Professional proficiency in French.
