Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or Vocational Training or Trade School.
  • Preferred Certification(s): Agile Certification.
  • 6-10 years of relevant and practical experience managing multiple medium-scale projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Presentation: Ability to effectively present to project teams and senior leadership, conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Methodology: Intermediate skills in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt and blend approaches as needed for project success.
  • Financial Management: Proficiency in financial reporting and budget management for large-scale projects, including cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting.
  • Problem-solving: Advanced abilities for diagnosing and solving complex issues, coupled with strong risk management skills to anticipate and mitigate potential problems.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organization skills for managing time, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple responsibilities across various projects.
  • Tool Expertise: Intermediate understanding and utilization of advanced Project Management Tools (Clarity, MS Projects, Jira, etc.) to optimize project processes and reporting.
  • Change Management: Intermediate to advanced Organizational Change Management skills, enabling smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in during project implementations.
  • Project Leadership: Advanced project management skills with the demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects.
  • Team Management: Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
