Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop IT strategies, technology roadmaps, and operational plans aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems, cloud services, and end-user technology support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT professionals and establish priorities and performance expectations.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, access controls, data protection, and technology risk management.
• Oversee system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, digital transformation, and technology projects.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity measures.
• Monitor system performance, service metrics, incidents, and operational risks for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management and department leaders to identify needs and recommend technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT management, infrastructure, systems administration, or technology operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with IT budgeting, vendor management, procurement, and service delivery.
• Understanding of IT governance, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or relevant cloud certifications are advantageous.
