Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems, and technical support operations.
• Develop cybersecurity, data protection, and IT risk management strategies.
• Manage cloud platforms, software applications, system integrations, and technology upgrades.
• Lead and mentor IT teams; establish budgets, performance indicators, policies, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT management or technology operations.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, and service delivery.
• Proven leadership managing technical teams and complex projects; strong strategic planning, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant IT certifications and enterprise systems experience are advantageous.
