Responsibilities
- Develop IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, networks, systems, and technical support.
- Lead and mentor IT professionals; monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and technology risks.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, service standards, and operational controls.
- Oversee cybersecurity, access management, data protection, and disaster-recovery planning.
- Manage IT budgets, technology investments, software licensing, and vendor relationships.
- Lead system upgrades, technology implementations, and digital-transformation projects; coordinate incident management and resolution of critical issues.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend productivity and efficiency improvements.
- Monitor service-level agreements, key performance indicators, and service quality; align practices with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare management reports on IT performance, project progress, budgets, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Significant experience in IT management, infrastructure, systems administration, or technology operations.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple IT initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud services, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with IT budgeting, vendor management, and technology project delivery.
- ITIL understanding is an advantage; ITIL, PMP, CISSP, and cloud-platform certifications are also listed as advantages.
- Strong analytical, strategic-planning, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize critical issues and make informed technical decisions.
