Responsibilities

• Lead data-domain IT projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate work across data, IT, business teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support project governance, reporting, and status communication.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure technical delivery aligns with business requirements.
• Support project demand across the wider data portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end management of Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence projects in complex global organizations.
• Hands-on project management involving requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of data engineers, data architects, business analysts, reporting teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Experience delivering data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Pharma industry experience is required.
• Must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work in the country of residence; relocation is not offered.
