Senior IT Analyst Applications (The Warehousing & Distribution Centre (DC) Business Analyst)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather user and client requirements, define technical specifications, prepare documentation, and support product or service development, testing, and delivery.
• Research competitor offerings and recommend product, service, or process improvements.
• Analyze end-to-end DC processes: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and returns.
• Work with warehouse, logistics, transportation, and inventory stakeholders on requirements for WMS, ERP, mobility, and automation systems.
• Support configuration of warehouse strategies and workflows, including picking, labor standards, wave planning, yard, and dock management.
• Define and validate warehouse business rules, data models, operational KPIs, and reports; lead UAT and change activities.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience.
• MBA in supply chain management or a related area.
• BTech.

Workplace and schedule

• The position requires working onsite five days a week at the Bangalore office.
• Work timings are 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
