We are looking for a Senior Islamic Finance Services Manager who can lead financial operations, strengthen client relationships, and support the growth of our Islamic finance and takaful service portfolio.

You will oversee service delivery, operational performance, and strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance with Islamic finance principles and regulatory standards.

Oversee daily financial services operations including takaful coordination, client account management, service performance monitoring, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients while ensuring exceptional customer service and long-term client retention.

Ensure all operational activities comply with Islamic finance principles, financial regulations, internal policies, and industry compliance standards.

Lead and mentor financial services teams, operations personnel, and customer support staff.

Conduct performance reviews and support continuous professional development.

Develop and implement operational strategies that improve workflow efficiency, strengthen service delivery, and support organizational growth objectives.

Track operational KPIs, financial service metrics, and customer satisfaction performance while providing regular reporting to senior leadership.

Collaborate with executive leadership, regulatory teams, business partners, and external stakeholders to support operational goals and service expansion initiatives.

6+ years of experience in Islamic finance services, takaful operations, financial services management, or banking operations, including at least 1-2 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong experience managing financial services teams, overseeing operational workflows, and maintaining high standards of client service and compliance.

Deep understanding of Islamic finance principles, takaful services, financial operations, and regulatory compliance within financial service environments.

Proficiency in financial management systems, operational reporting platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent English communication skills are required for client interactions, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

Pay: QAR16,500.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
