Study Abroad Hub Qatar WLL is seeking a Senior International Education Consultant Lead to guide student recruitment, international university placement, and global education advisory services.
This role is responsible for leading consultation teams, developing partnerships with international institutions, and driving student enrollment for study abroad programs across multiple destinations.

What You'Ll Do
- Lead international student recruitment and study abroad advisory operations
- Manage a team of education consultants and admissions advisors
- Provide expert guidance on universities, programs, visas, and application processes
- Develop partnerships with international colleges and universities
- Conduct student counseling sessions and career pathway consultations
- Oversee application processing, documentation, and admissions tracking
- Organize education fairs, seminars, and recruitment events
- Monitor enrollment targets, conversion rates, and student pipeline performance
- Ensure compliance with international education and visa requirements
- Develop marketing strategies for student recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or academic advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of international universities, admissions processes, and study visas
- Experience managing teams in education or counseling environments
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and client relationship management abilities
- Familiarity with GCC education markets is an advantage
- Ability to manage high-volume student applications and deadlines
- Experience in international education agencies is preferred
