Job Description
Detail-oriented audit role deployed at a client location in an import/export environment.
Responsible for monitoring operations, verifying financial records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify daily shipment transactions.
- Perform file and document verification.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Verify and track advance payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Identify control gaps and suggest improvements.
- Assist in internal audit processes and reporting.
Requirements
- CA Inter or MCom qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in audit or a related field.
- Accounting knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of auditing processes and standards is preferred.
- Shipping or logistics industry experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
