Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Senior Interior Designer.
The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and executing interior spaces that align with client requirements and project guidelines.
Daily tasks include space planning, preparing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), collaborating with architects and contractors, and managing design projects from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Strong experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings to ensure designs meet technical and structural requirements.
- Expertise in selecting and specifying FF&E for high-quality and cohesive interior spaces.
- Strong project management and team collaboration skills to manage multidisciplinary teams, meet deadlines, and achieve design goals.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering tools is highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes and standards is an advantage.
