Overview
Afniah Engineering Consultants is seeking a highly talented Senior Interior Designer to join our growing Design Team.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience delivering high-end hospitality, luxury mixed-use developments, premium residential, commercial, and complex large-scale projects from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept development to project delivery.
- Develop innovative and world-class design concepts aligned with project vision and client expectations.
- Produce and oversee mood boards, space planning, material selection, FF&E packages, and design presentations.
- Coordinate closely with Architecture, Landscape, Structural, and MEP teams.
- Prepare and review detailed design packages, construction drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Ensure design quality, functionality, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior designers within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in leading interior design projects.
- Proven experience in Luxury Hotels, Hospitality, Mixed-Use Developments, High-End Residential, Commercial Towers, and Complex Mega Projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating international design standards and high-profile projects.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
- Experience within leading design consultancies is highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills.
