Senior Interior Designer

About This Role

Lead the conceptualization and execution of luxury residential and high-end commercial interior design projects , ensuring alignment with client vision, brand identity, and functional requirements.

Manage end-to-end design processes, from initial client briefing and space planning to final installation, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Deliver innovative and bespoke design solutions for international projects, adapting to diverse cultural, regulatory, and market-specific requirements.

Develop and present compelling design concepts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material palettes to clients and stakeholders.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery without compromising design excellence.

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination and execution across all project phases.

Source and specify premium materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes suitable for luxury residential and commercial environments.

Conduct site visits and inspections (local and international) to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for high-profile and international clients.

Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices across different regions.

Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity, technical development, and adherence to design standards.

Stay updated with global design trends, innovations, and technologies to continuously elevate design quality and competitiveness.
