Albal Design Studio is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong design knowledge, excellent project coordination skills, and proven experience in handling high-end residential villas, cafés, and commercial projects from concept to completion.

The role requires a designer who can lead design development, prepare creative concepts, coordinate with clients and consultants, manage material selections, and supervise project execution to ensure the final outcome reflects the studio’s design standards and client expectations.

You will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams to deliver functional, elegant, and well-detailed interior spaces.

Meet with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, design preferences, and project goals while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, material palettes, and visual presentations aligned with the project vision.

Prepare efficient and functional space plans, furniture layouts, circulation studies, and zoning solutions suitable for each project.

Prepare detailed design packages including drawings, sketches, elevations, material specifications, furniture selections, and lighting concepts.

Select finishes, furniture, fabrics, lighting, accessories, sanitary ware, and decorative elements that support the overall design concept and budget.

Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, suppliers, and joinery teams to ensure design details are properly executed.

Conduct site visits to review progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure the project is executed according to approved drawings and design intent.

Support project cost estimation, supplier coordination, procurement follow-ups, and project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Review drawings, finishes, samples, mock-ups, and site work to maintain the studio’s quality standards.

Guide junior designers and coordinate with the internal design team to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.

Strong creative vision and refined design sense.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of luxury residential, hospitality, café, and commercial interiors.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong space planning and design detailing skills.

Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and joinery.

Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Knowledge of UAE authority requirements, site execution standards, and building regulations.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or related design tools.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interior design or a related field.

Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in interior design.

Experience in high-end residential villas, cafés, hospitality, and commercial projects within the UAE or GCC is preferred.

Strong portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects.

Arabic communication skills preferred.

UAE Driving License preferred.

Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.

Immediate joining preferred.
