Role Summary
The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for creating and developing exceptional interior design concepts that align with the project’s vision, brand identity, and luxury positioning.
The role focuses on concept creation, design development, space planning, material selection, and producing high-quality visualizations that communicate design intent with clarity and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of interior design concepts, space planning, and material palettes from concept through design development.
- Create compelling design presentations and visual storytelling that clearly communicate the project vision and design intent.
- Produce and oversee high-quality 3D models and super-realistic renderings using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer, ensuring world-class visualization standards.
- Collaborate with design, FF&E, visualization, and technical teams to maintain design quality, consistency, and innovation across all projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong conceptual and creative design abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
- Excellent space planning and design development skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury residential and hospitality design.
- High attention to detail and visual storytelling capabilities.
Success Measures
- Quality and creativity of design concepts.
- Rendering quality and realism.
- Effectiveness of design presentations.
- Contribution to the overall design excellence of the department
