Overview
Lead interior design projects across hospitality, workplace, and retail sectors from concept development through detailed design.
Independently handle CAD and BIM production, including design planning and coordination.
Prepare comprehensive Design Development (DD) drawing packages, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Develop integrated design proposals encompassing interior design, art, and FF&E selections.
Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget considerations.
Support FF&E specification and procurement processes, including material selection and value engineering.
Produce high-quality presentation materials and design review documentation.
Mentor and guide junior designers, contributing to team development and design standards.
Contribute to the growth of the studio through design excellence, collaboration, and long-term commitment.
