Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for leading interior design projects from initial concept to final handover.
Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, sketches, and presentations, and overseeing detailed space planning and material selection.
The role involves coordinating FF&E specifications, producing and reviewing construction drawings, and collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
The Senior Interior Designer will guide junior team members, participate in client meetings, manage project timelines, and ensure that all deliverables align with La Dolce Casa’s design vision and brand partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to develop functional and aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including familiarity with international furniture and finishes brands.
- Advanced proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of experience in residential or commercial projects.
- Proven experience managing projects from concept through execution, including client communication and on-site supervision.
- Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor design team members.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and suppliers in Riyadh or the wider region is an advantage.
