• ***Role Essentials***
• *Develop and manage Interior Design models in line with approved design intent, project requirements, and BIM execution plans, including preparation and presentation of complete design scheme from concept design phase to the completion of construction documents.*
• ***Job Details***
• *Responsible for developing interior design concepts in coordination with the existing architecture team.*
• *Provides conceptual design, design development and production drawings of interior projects.*
• *Coordinate interior models with*
• ***architecture, structural,***
• *MEP, lighting, and specialist consultant models to ensure integration*
• *Selects interior finishes, furniture and equipment. Reviews drawings, materials and finishes samples etc.*
• *Presents designs to the client, including putting together sketches, color boards and sample materials.*
• *Responsible for generating interior design drawings utilizing AutoCAD, Revit or other suitable software, using own judgment and analysis.*
• *Reviews pricing, materials and customization for project and provides design support for completion/execution of design concepts.*
• *Incorporate applicable building codes and ensures code compliance for applicable regulations.*
• *Incorporate sustainable design measures as applicable*
• *Performs other duties as required.*
• ***Educational and Experience***
• *Minimum of 7-8 + years of relevant experience with a*
• ***Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and or Interior Design***
• *or similar related field.*
• *Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup and Photo-Shop, Illustrator and In-Design., and other related AI Integration / Interior Design Software.*
• *Solid experience within the Middle East/UAE market, including a strong understanding of regional design trends and standards.*
