We are looking for a Senior Interior Design Operations Manager who can oversee large-scale design and production operations while leading project coordination, operational strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, optimize project workflows, and support initiatives that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Oversee daily interior design and production operations including project coordination, operational planning, workflow management, and performance monitoring across multiple projects.

Ensure interior and fit out projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to approved design standards and operational requirements.

Lead and mentor project managers, design coordinators, production supervisors, and operational staff.

Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.

Develop and implement operational strategies that improve project efficiency, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and support scalable business growth.

Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and external partners to align operational goals and project expectations.

Track operational KPIs, project timelines, production quality metrics, and workflow performance indicators while supporting continuous operational improvement.

Maintain compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, project specifications, and quality assurance requirements across all operations and worksites.

6+ years of experience in interior design operations, commercial fit out management, architectural project coordination, or manufacturing operations leadership, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.

Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating design and production workflows, and maintaining high standards of project execution and service quality.

Deep understanding of interior design operations, project management, production workflows, procurement coordination, and commercial fit out processes.

Proficiency in project management systems, operational reporting platforms, workflow coordination tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent English communication skills are required for stakeholder coordination, operational reporting, and client management.

Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
