Senior Interface and Integration Manager

Role overview

Experience and qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of interface and integration management experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• At least five years of experience in rail or major infrastructure programmes.
• Strong understanding of coordination across civil, systems, MEP, architectural, and operational packages.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia infrastructure delivery frameworks and rail standards.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interface management tools and workflows, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Interface governance and coordination

• Develop and maintain the Interface and Integration Management Plan, protocols, workflows, and escalation procedures.
• Align interface work with programme milestones, risk registers, and design deliverables.
• Maintain interface responsibility and scope matrices and the interface register.
• Identify and resolve strategic, package, internal, and system-level interfaces; coordinate external interfaces with the Stakeholder Manager.
• Coordinate contractors' interface-related design inputs, installation provisions, and testing protocols.

Integration, risk, and stakeholders

• Work with the client to reflect interface dependencies in the master schedule and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate physical and systems integration with technical delivery teams on site; support commissioning and handover readiness.
• Identify interface risks, support mitigation, and help maintain risk registers and reports.
• Track changes to interface responsibilities and ensure contractual compliance.
• Liaise with the client, PMC, contractors, and third parties; facilitate coordination meetings and workshops.
